Volunteer Orientation and Training Calendar

CVABE cordially invites all volunteers to join staff for free training opportunities. All of these sessions are for new and experienced volunteers alike. We can all learn from each other and look forward to gaining fresh perspectives from your experience.

You are also encouraged to bring a friend or relation who may be interested in volunteering at CVABE.

We hope to see you at any or all of these events! It is always fun and refreshing to meet others who support CVABE’s mission to bring full literacy to our neighbors in Washington, Orange and Lamoille Counties.

Wed. Mar 27	Landlord / Tenant Rights Speaker: Attorney Robin Barone Ms Barone teaches landlord-tenant law at Vermont Law School. She has been a small claims mediator in Vermont and New Hampshire for the past 13 years. Her presentation will be geared towards helping people understand their rights and responsibilities.
